Explaining tennis ball color

I've got a question in Chinese about the color of tennis balls. The user is asking my thoughts on whether it's yellow or green. The official color, according to the ITF since 1972, is "optic yellow." However, people's perception can differ due to factors like lighting and context. Many see it as a yellow-green mix.
